The purpose of Kingdom Builders is to provide resources to fulfill the vision God has put on the hearts of the leadership here at Crossroads. That vision is always connected to :

Kingdom Builders is a group of fully committed individuals and families who prayerfully commit to give over and above their ten percent giving to the on-going missional strategy of the local church.

PROJECTS
Crossroads leadership prayerfully chooses strategic Kingdom Builders projects that align with the mission and vision of Crossroads. Because we believe our God is never constrained by geography, and His singular mission requires both global and local engagement, our projects include global, local, and future initiatives.
GLOBAL
God’s desire is that every individual, every tribe, and every nation would have the opportunity to worship Him. Yet, nearly two billion people around the world have never heard the name of Jesus, have no Bible to read, and no church to attend. Kingdom Builders supports global projects and helps supplement missionaries we support with our general fund. See last page for world missionaries we support.
LOCAL
Our community is full of people in need and we must be intentional about meeting the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of those around us. Through our Local projects, Crossroads is making a difference in the lives of our neighbors by not only meeting felt needs, but proclaiming the Good News of Jesus.
FUTURE CHRISTIAN LEADERS
In our increasingly secular culture, it’s absolutely critical for us to impact the lives of the next generation. Through our investment in Future Christian Leaders, Crossroads is clearing the path for young people to experience Jesus, develop a God-centered worldview, and grow into Godly men and women who lead on into the future.

Convoy of Hope is helping feed children and provide disaster relief across the globe.
Priority One is helping build Bible Colleges worldwide, to help train hundreds of new pastors and church planters.
Balkan Reach offers partnership opportunities for impacting the Balkans with the gospel through prayer, short-term teams, career ministry, and giving.

Adopt a School supports outreaches to Gene Dillon Elementary, providing supplies for students and ministering to its staff.
Paul Mitchell/Mokahum Ministry a discipleship training center for adults, designed to bring Native American and First Nations people to life and maturity in Christ
Churches United helps the poor and needy in the Bemidji area with emergency assistance.
Place of Hope is a residential and outpatient Christian treatment facility.
Northwoods Pregnancy Center provides physical, emotional, and spiritual support for women, men and the family as a whole.
Sanctuary Sound and Seating Update will allow us to add more seating to our growing church and upgrade our sound/technology by moving our sound booth to a more central area in the back.

Bemidji Chi Alpha is a ministry to college students at Bemidji State University.
AG Trust provides scholarships to future leaders and supports church plants.
Church Multiplication helps plant churches across the United States.
Lake Geneva Christian Center is our Assemblies of God Bible camp where thousands have had significant spiritual experiences, including calls to ministry.
Ministry Scholarships enable children, youth, and adults who have financial need from Crossroads to go to camps/retreats.
North Central University is Minnesota’s primary training grounds for ministers and missionaries.
Winona Chi Alpha is a ministry to college students at Winona State University.
Missionaries to fourteen different countries. We cannot list the names of the missionaries online for their safety in sensitive countries.

HOW TO JOIN THE MISSION
PRAY
SEEK GOD
Begin by prayerfully asking God what role He would have you play in Kingdom Builders this year. Read and pray about each project. Ask God to give you a burden for HIs Kingdom. Take time to listen for His response.
PLAN
START WITH A PLAN
Make a plan to give. Decide what you could give if you simply used what you already have. For some this could be $50 a month, $200 a month, or more.
DREAM
IMAGINE MORE
Now that you have a plan number, think beyond it. Ask God to give you a dream for what He could do through you in a supernatural way. This is an amount that is beyond what you can give in your current reality and requires taking a step of faith.
WHATEVER AMOUNT YOU DECIDE TO GIVE - PLAN OR DREAM - IT’S YOUR KINDGOM BUILDERS GOAL. IT’S AN AMOUNT YOU COMMIT TO GOD TO GIVE.
EVERY GIFT MATTERS - While there’ll be many people giving to Kingdom Builders in 2024, remember - every gift matters to God. It’s not the size of the gift, but the obedience to God’s voice that matters most.
